You can optimise your search results with search operators.

"exact search term" = Surrounding your search term with quotation marks (“”) will exclusively search for the precise keyword entered.
Additional search term = Entering two or more keywords (without quotation marks) will search for each of them individually or a combination of both.
Search term - forbidden = Entering a minus sign (-) before a keyword excludes all pages from the search results that contain this keyword. All other entered keywords may be contained.
Search term + conditional = Entering a plus sign (+) before a keyword will only show search results of those pages that contain this keyword. All other entered keywords may be contained.
